DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• The original APPLICATION FOR ISSUING AN EXTRACT FROM THE ARCHIVE REGISTER.

The application may be filed personally at the PZŻ [Polish Yachting Association] Office, per post or by e-mail (applications submitted by e-mail must be signed with a qualified electronic signature or with a trusted ePUAP profile).

• If the matter is handled by a representative - the original power of attorney or an officially certified copy of the power of attorney with payment receipt of the stamp duty.

DELETION OF A WATERCRAFT FROM THE ARCHIVE REGISTER

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• The original APPLICATION FOR DELETION OF A WATERCRAFT FROM THE ARCHIVE REGISTER. 

The application may be submitted personally at the PZŻ [Polish Yachting Association] Office, per post or by e-mail (applications submitted by e-mail must be signed with a qualified electronic signature or with a trusted ePUAP profile).

1. If the application is submitted by an owner other than the one disclosed one in the last yacht certificate/vessel registration document - a document confirming the ownership of the watercraft (a copy or original for review).
2. If the watercraft is co-owned - signatures of all co-owners on the application or powers of attorney granted by them (originals or officially certified copies).
3. If the matter is handled by a representative - the original power of attorney or an officially certified copy of the power of attorney with payment receipt of the stamp duty.
4. The latest yacht certificate/vessel registration document (original or copy).
5. Documents drawn up in a foreign language shall be attached to the application together with their translation into Polish by a certified translator.

A FEE FOR ISSUING OF A CERTIFICATE OF DELETION OF A WATERCRAFT / EXTRACT FROM THE ARCHIVE REGISTER - PLN 15.00.

STAMP DUTY FOR A POWER OF ATTORNEY IF THE MATTER IS HANDLED BY A REPRESENTATIVE - PLN 17.00.
